Beyond the glass, a private terrace with a dining table and loungers steps down toward the bay, the Aegean filling the frame from the first coffee to the last of the sun.
The pools are the reason to linger. Some are carved into whitewashed rock like a grotto, framing a slice of the Aegean through a rough stone arch; others are private terraces where a cushioned daybed sits half in the water. Each suite has its own jacuzzi or pool angled at the sea, so a whole day can pass between the water, the shade of a pergola and the long Mykonos sunset without ever leaving your own terrace.
