Cookie policy

Seven small things are stored in your browser by this site. Five are needed to make it work at all. Two are for counting visits, and those two only exist if you pressed Accept.

Nothing here is advertising, nothing is a third party's, and nothing is shared with anyone. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no tag manager, no session recording. The measurement runs on our own server.

Legal basis: § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Sb. on electronic communications for the five that are needed, and your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Sb. — for the two that are not. You can take that consent back at any time: withdraw or delete what we have. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a no and never ask.

What we count, if you said yes

A hundred numbers in ten groups, every one about what happened on the site, not about who you are. We keep the detail for 90 days and the visit summary for 14 months.

None of it runs unless you agreed, none of it leaves our server, and none of it is advertising. Withdraw or delete it at any time.

1 · Who came

How many visits and visitors, first-time against returning, what share of the traffic is machines, and the hours and days people show up.

2 · Where from

The site that linked here (its address, not the page you came from), the channel — direct, a search engine, social, an assistant — and any campaign tag in the address bar.

3 · How long

How long the visit lasted, how much of that was actually engaged, how many pages, and how far down each one you scrolled.

4 · What you looked for

What was typed into the destination field, the dates and how many nights, how far ahead, and how many adults. Not who you are, and never anything from a form.

5 · Filters

Which filters were opened and applied, which combinations returned nothing, and the price range chosen.

6 · The collection

Which cards were shown, which were clicked, at which position, how deep into the pages, and what was saved.

7 · A property page

Time on the page, how far it was read, whether the gallery and the rooms were reached, and whether availability was checked.

8 · The booking

Seven steps from the property page to a confirmed booking, and where a visit stopped. If a booking is made, its value.

9 · Friction

Clicks that did nothing, three clicks in a second on the same spot, which form field was left empty, and script errors.

10 · Speed

How fast the page painted and answered, whether it shifted under you, and the class of device, browser and connection — never a fingerprint.
