HUSH is that list: a small, hand-picked collection of hotels and stays, kept by two people.
My fiancée and I travel for two things: quiet and adventure. A week where time stands still, or a week full of discovery. Not because we mind children; it is simply a different kind of quiet.
Finding those places was always the hard part. Big booking sites bury them, filters are unreliable, and an “adults-only” tag often turns out to mean “family-friendly with a spa.” So we started keeping our own notes.

After a few years the list had grown, and friends kept asking to see it.
HUSH is us opening up that notebook. Every place here is one we would book ourselves, and we write about it the way we would tell a friend.

One thing: the property’s own house rules set a minimum age of 18 or higher. We read those rules ourselves for every place and show the age on each listing, so there are no surprises at check-in.
How we check is written up in How we verify.
Just the two of us: Max and my fiancée. We live in Prague, where we design digital products for a living. HUSH is what we build in our spare time, because we wanted it to exist.
Every page is written by hand, and every hotel hears from us before it goes live.
When you book through a listing, our booking partner pays us a small commission out of the room rate. You pay the exact same price either way.
No hotel pays to be listed, and no one can buy a place at the top.
We write the descriptions ourselves from the property’s own materials; the photos, rooms and prices come from our booking partner.

New houses join the collection every week. Leave your email and we will write when something opens that fits how you travel.
We pick the places ourselves, build a preview page for free, and get in touch before anything goes live. If you run a quiet place and think it belongs here, drop us a line and we will take a look.
