H Noru Hotel Malta Rooms & prices

Paceville's clubs and shopping streets run right up to the door, but the lift here goes further than most: thirteen floors to a rooftop pool with the coast in view, St George's Bay a five-minute walk below. Noru Hotel keeps six rooms behind that lift, adults-only, opened in the summer of 2024. It is built for two people who want the city loud outside and the door quiet once it shuts — a week with nothing to prove and nowhere set.

Inside, the rooms carry air conditioning, key-card doors, and daily housekeeping you can wave off if you'd rather not be disturbed. The windows look out over Paceville's rooftops toward the sea, and by evening that view is what the room is for: the window, and whatever is happening thirteen floors down. The corridor is short enough that the front desk tends to know a face by the second morning. Breakfast moves up to the Level 12 terrace, open to the air, where the coastal breeze reaches you before the coffee does, and the pool one floor above catches whatever sun is left by the afternoon.

Noru Hotel Malta sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, written at noruhotelmalta.com, and read there on 11 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

The rooms

Each room is a small exercise in restraint: a low oak bed, a lit headboard, a bouclé chair pulled to the window, floors that run seamlessly from wall to wall. Doubles and superiors open onto balconies with seating for the Mediterranean evening; the deluxe triples and executive suites step up to a spa bathtub, and the top suite adds a private rooftop terrace with its own outdoor spa bath. Soundproofing keeps the street where it belongs.

The wellness floor

Below ground, Dee Spas Wellness turns the lower levels into a sanctuary. A heated indoor pool sits beside a sauna and a steam room, with loungers and a quiet lounge set on warm timber decking. The treatment menu runs long, from Ayurvedic rituals to facials, scrubs and full-body massages, delivered by resident therapists. A boutique gym sits on the same floor for anyone who wants to earn the stillness first.

Our tips

The hammam on Level -1

The Dee Spas wellness floor sits one level below the lobby, with a hammam and a menu of massage treatments. Go in the late afternoon, before Boku Wa upstairs starts to fill for the evening.

Boku Wa Bar & Bistro

Boku Wa sits right off reception, so dinner is never more than a lift ride away. Order the No Ru club sandwich or the Shellfish Tortellacci, or have either one sent up — the kitchen delivers to the room.

St George's Bay

St George's Bay is a five-minute walk from the door, and the Sliema waterfront runs on from there if you keep going. Paceville's clubs and shops are closer still — come back to a quiet room and a lift that shuts the noise out behind you.

The building next door

There is excavation work on the site next to the hotel, scheduled Monday to Saturday, 07:30 to 16:00, from October through mid-June. Worth knowing before you book a lie-in during those months; outside that window the street goes back to quiet.
