H KOIA All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only Rooms & prices

The hill above Agios Fokas drops straight to the Keramikos Gulf, and the road in climbs before it turns toward the sea. At the top, seven suites circle a wellness wing that ends at a cliff-edge pool, few enough that you rarely share it. Koia takes no guests under eighteen. This is a hotel for two people who want mornings in heated water with nothing between them and the Gulf but glass, and a beach fifty metres across the street when they're ready for sand.

Water is the idea the whole place is built on — Ydor is Greek for water, the root the word hydro comes from, and it's why the indoor pool runs the length of the wellness wing and stops only at the cliff edge, glass between you and the Keramikos Gulf. A steam bath sits beside the gym, working on circulation while you work on the rest. The spa suite, taken privately for two to six, has its own sauna, its own steam bath, and a wall built from Himalayan salt block, meant to ease your breathing rather than just warm the room. Treatments in the main spa are built around Hippocratic plants. There's a beauty corner too, for hair and nails, if the trip calls for it.

KOIA All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 25 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

Our tips

The pool at the cliff edge

The Ydor pool is heated, indoor, and runs to the very edge of the cliff, where glass is the only thing between you and the Keramikos Gulf. Go before the resort wakes — the light off the water is best early, and there's rarely anyone else in the frame.

The private spa suite

Book it for two to six and you get your own sauna, your own steam bath, and a wall built from Himalayan salt block, said to help you breathe easier while you sit with it. It's the hour worth keeping free.

The beach, fifty metres out

Cross the street and you're on the resort's own stretch of beach, sunbeds included. If the walk back up the hill feels like one flight too many, ask for the club car.

Treatments from Hippocratic plants

The spa's recipes are built around Hippocratic plants, worked into treatments for face and body. There's a beauty corner beside it for hair and nails, if the day calls for it.
