A steam bath sits beside the gym, working on circulation while you work on the rest. The spa suite, taken privately for two to six, has its own sauna, its own steam bath, and a wall built from Himalayan salt block, meant to ease your breathing rather than just warm the room. Treatments in the main spa are built around Hippocratic plants. There's a beauty corner too, for hair and nails, if the trip calls for it.
