In Laganas, past the sunbeds and the beach bars, the road narrows and the noise drops away into a grove — that is where Agrilia keeps to itself. Architect Spyros Soulis built it to blend with the island's own architecture rather than stand out from it, simple lines instead of frills. It is adults-only: four room types around a wooden pool deck and a jacuzzi, for the two of you who came to Zakynthos to do nothing more ambitious than swim, eat and sleep.
Inside, the rooms keep to three things: pale walls hung with work by Greek and foreign artists, minimalist furniture, and a private balcony that looks either to the garden or down to the pool. The windows are soundproofed against the Laganas evening, so what light and sound come in are only what you let in. Four room types — Standard rooms at 17 square metres, Junior Suites at 26 — keeps the wooden deck around the pool and jacuzzi from ever feeling crowded. The pool bar covers the afternoon; the restaurant takes over when the light goes.
Agrilia Hotel Adults Only sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 24 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.
