Aeolos Art and Eco Suites is a row of cave studios and suites built into that cliff in the old Aegean style, adults-only, each one facing the volcano and the sunset. The studios are cut into the cliff itself, cave-style, built to the old Cycladic lines, and run on the ecotourism principles the house says it holds to, with extra health and safety measures on top. Each studio and suite is dug into the volcanic rock in the traditional Cycladic manner, its arched ceilings and hand-smoothed walls keeping the rooms naturally cool through the Aegean summer.
