H Warner Boutique Hotel Rooms & prices

Finikoudes, Larnaca's palm-lined promenade, is a few minutes' walk from your door, and the airport is a short drive the other way. Warner Boutique Hotel is a brand-new build in the city centre, the latest addition to the Dinglis Hotels collection. It takes no guests under twenty-one, and everything in it — three rooms, one bar, one restaurant — is sized to stay quiet rather than to impress. For anyone who wants a city stay that keeps to itself.

Inside, the palette stays pale and plain — soft linens, contemporary lines, natural tones that don't compete with the light off the balconies. The Twin Room and the Standard Double keep to one bed each, twin or queen, at 19 and 21 square metres; the Superior Room is the largest at 27, with its own queen bed and more room to spread out. Every room opens onto a private balcony, yours alone, that looks toward the city. Three rooms in total, which is why the front desk can tell you, without checking, which one gets the evening sun. Breakfast is included, served 07:00 to 10:00, and after dark The Emerald, the hotel's own bar, handles the cocktails.

Warner Boutique Hotel sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, written at warnerboutiquehotel.com (faq: "yes. the hotel welcomes guests 21 years and older"; policies: "adults-only: guests must be 21 years or older to check in."), and read there on 11 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

The rooms

Superior, standard double and twin rooms all follow the same restrained hand: white linen, a wood-panelled headboard, muted curtains and a private balcony with a city view. Nothing shouts. Backlit mirrors and a compact ensuite handle the details, and the pace of the street below stays exactly where you want it - present through the glass, gone when the curtains close.

Kamara's table

Kamara, the all-day restaurant, is named after the stone arch in the lobby - a quiet nod to Larnaca's older architecture. The kitchen draws on Cypriot family recipes and the wider Mediterranean, running breakfast from seven and a long brunch through the middle of the day: the Warner Benedict under prosciutto and hollandaise, halloumi and lountza in warm pitta, build-your-own pancakes. The Emerald bar takes over for the evening with cocktails and a slower tempo.
