H Napa Plaza Hotel Rooms & prices

The medieval monastery sits at the door, and the bus station that reaches every beach in Ayia Napa and Protaras sits just as close; between them, in the middle of the strip, is Napa Plaza. Nine rooms, adults-only, built in 2004 on the site of the old Napia Star and refitted with wooden furniture and cream-toned walls behind a private balcony. For two people who want the town at arm's length and their own door to close on it.

Cream walls, wooden furniture, a table and an ashtray out on the balcony, though the rooms themselves are non-smoking. The window looks inland, over the rooftops of the strip rather than the sea, and the bed is twin or king, sized for two. Rooms run about 21 square metres, plain and neutrally furnished rather than dressed up, which is the trade for being able to walk out the door and be at Ayia Napa Monastery in under two minutes. Below, in Taste Avenue, the kitchens run Italian, Asian and a rotation of other cuisines, poured into a café by day and cocktails by night for anyone on the All-Inclusive or Dine Around plan.

Napa Plaza Hotel sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, written at napaplaza.com, and read there on 11 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

The aqua spa

Below the ground floor the hotel keeps a full wellness world, vaulted in pale plaster and lit low. A hydro pool spills over black marble; an indoor swimming pool runs the length of an arcaded hall; a mosaic hammam, a sauna and a starlit steam room sit off to the side, with quiet treatment rooms for massage and beauty. Swim for fitness or swim for pleasure in tranquillity, then let the heat and water do the rest.

Rooms and balconies

Every category opens onto its own balcony or terrace, and the ones that face the courtyard look straight down over the pool through the palms. Inside they stay simple and cool: timber and white, a seating corner, a small table set with fruit and a drink for arrival. The superior and deluxe rooms suit two travelling light; the junior and honeymoon suites give a little more room to spread out and stay a while.

We had an 3 night stay as a couple. Positive - In a good location in the centre of the town. - Pool is a reasonable size. Negative - No covid restrictions what so ever in place. No staff wearing masks. No one had to...

Small rooms I did not like the ac or shower, front desk is under staffed but they are nice and efficient. Checking time they need help

The all inclusive option was good and very convenient, alcohol is only available until 23h00 and food until 21h30, which I would have preferred to be a bit more accessible at later times for the amount that was paid....

I would like to stay in the same hotel next time :) very satisfied

Our tips

Ayia Napa Monastery, two minutes out

The medieval monastery is close enough to reach before your coffee's finished elsewhere. The Thalassa Museum, a little further at 0.3 km, has the region's fishing and sponge-diving history if you want the town's story instead of its beaches.

Limanaki Beach, seven minutes on foot

Sandy and sheltered enough that the wind rarely spoils it, with a lifeguard on duty and three beach bars running loungers, showers and food along the sand. Rent a sunbed for the day, and be back at Taste Avenue in time for dinner.

Taste Avenue's Dine Around

The hotel's own dining runs Italian one night, Asian the next, poured out across a multi-cuisine café and a couple of recreation bars. Take the Dine Around package if you'd rather not choose just once.

Room service breakfast

Breakfast can be delivered to the room, securely covered, for the mornings you'd rather not dress before coffee - useful given the balcony looks out over the rooftops of the strip rather than the sea.
