Dinner is served in Vuo, a restaurant shaped like a traditional Lappish kota and warmed by an open fire at its centre. Breakfast and a surprise set menu are included each day, built from Lappish ingredients and cooked with quiet precision. Candlelight, curved timber walls and the hush of the river make the long northern evening feel like the point of the whole journey.

The location of the property was picturesque and breathtaking. The sauna is a wonderful and we did not have to share with anybody and was able to access it at anytime we wanted by just notifying the hotel via WhatsApp.
Everything was perfect in every way. We arrived late in the evening and they had our cabin nicely warmed up ready for our arrival. The staff were all really friendly where nothing was an issue. They went above and beyond.
I loved everything about this property. It was such a unique stay. The place was very clean.The views are incredible and the staff was outstanding.
