South of the airport in Jimbaran, the road narrows to palms before it reaches the gate. Six rooms wait beyond it, spread through gardens dense enough to hide the fence line. La Santa Rosa takes no guests under eighteen, and keeps its bungalows and suites for couples who want the days unscheduled — breakfast in bed, the pool empty before nine, nothing on the calendar past dinner.
The rooms come in four registers: bungalows set low among the palms, then deluxes, suites and premium suites, the last built with the high ceilings the house calls its Mediterranean line, set inside a garden that is otherwise entirely tropical. Six rooms in all, which keeps the outdoor pool a place you swim rather than wait for. The restaurant and bar run seven in the morning to ten at night, with a minimum spend for anyone not sleeping upstairs. Housekeeping comes daily, and you can turn away any part of it you don't want that day.
La Santa Rosa sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 24 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

Ask for one of the bungalows set low in the garden rather than a suite near the main building; they sit further from the restaurant, so by evening you hear the garden and not much else. Check-in runs from two in the afternoon, checkout by eleven the next morning.
The restaurant and bar keep to seven in the morning until ten at night, and breakfast can be taken in the room if you'd rather not dress for it. A minimum spend applies to anyone visiting who isn't staying, so the tables stay for guests.
After eleven at night, only registered guests are allowed on the grounds — the rule that hands you the pool and garden back once the day's visitors have gone. Personal phone photos are welcome any time; a DSLR or a styled shoot needs the front office's sign-off first.
