Lovely boutique hotel with a fantastic restaurant (Enigma) serving very high quality food. We thought noise was going to be a problem, as it's really close to the airport, but it wasn't. We had a sea facing room...
The view of the sea from the balcony is breathtaking. You can see the view while relaxing in bed
The hotel was very comfortable and close to the beach. However note that the beach bars and gym/pool are not located at the hotel.
This was my second stay at this property. I love the proximity to the beach and the view from the rooms. The staff was also very helpful.

A water-sports hut and a beach volleyball court sit within about thirty metres of the hotel, on Mackenzie Beach itself. Everything else on the strip — the bars, the coffee shops, the nightlife — is roughly a hundred metres either way.
St Lazaros Church, the medieval castle and the remains of Ancient Kition sit in Larnaka's old town, further along the same seafront the hotel is on. Divers go the other way, out to the Zenovia wreck; birdwatchers head inland to the Salt Lake and Hala Sultan Tekke. Either way, it's a walk back to the beach chairs by evening.
