Under a raftered ceiling a wood stove throws its light across the floorboards while the mountains fill the window and the private balcony beyond. Each room takes its name and its grain from a single antique timber, dressed in soft linens and warm lamplight — a nest, as the owners call it, for slow mornings and long evenings high above the valley.
Wellness here is kept private rather than shared. The gal zedròn suite holds its own cabin of hand-charred ash within the room, and a separate Private Sauna in fragrant Swiss stone pine can be reserved for the two of you by appointment.
