After the heat there is an ice waterfall, then a cold shower with a brisk jet, then the relax room, where the tea is made from Sardinian herbs. Couples can take a treatment cabin together rather than side by side. Three rooms only, which is why the infinity pool outside rarely holds more than a handful of people at once.
