H Hotel Galfi Rooms & prices

San Antonio's beach is three hundred metres from the door, close enough to walk down in flip-flops and back for a shower before dinner. Four rooms sit around a pool and a patio that fills with light after dark; Hotel Galfi keeps the numbers small on purpose, so there's no queue for a sun bed and no crowd at the bar. It takes no guests under eighteen. For anyone who wants the beach a few steps away and nothing else on the schedule.

The four rooms are built around one pool and patio, tiled floors underfoot and air conditioning against the heat — small enough that the pool rarely holds more than a handful of people at once. The deluxe rooms are the ones with a private balcony and about twenty-five square metres to spread out in: a desk, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, for mornings you don't want to leave the room at all. By day the sun beds sit out on the patio among the flowers; after dark the pool lights come on and the bar downstairs stays open for whoever isn't ready to stop yet.

Hotel Galfi sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 11 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

The pool and patio

At the centre of the hotel is a small tiled pool ringed by cushioned sunbeds, straw parasols and a scatter of banana palms. Days here move slowly, from a morning swim to a long lie in the sun with a drink brought out from the bar. As the evening comes the patio changes character: the lamps come on, the water turns to a lit lagoon, and the terrace settles into the kind of soft quiet the island is not always known for.

Rooms in soft plaster

Each room is shaped in pale, hand-finished plaster, curved at the corners so the light falls gently across the walls. A wide bed sits under an arched niche and brass sconces; a wooden ceiling fan turns overhead. The bathrooms are the quiet luxury here, with sculpted basins, brass fittings and, in the deluxe rooms, a deep freestanding tub a few steps from the bed, so a long soak feels like part of the room rather than an afterthought.

Our tips

The balcony room

Only the deluxe rooms have a private balcony and the extra space to use it, plus a desk, a Nespresso machine and a kettle — book one of these if the terrace matters more than square footage inside.

Happy hour at the bar

The bar-restaurant downstairs runs a happy hour and keeps its own kitchen going, so an evening drink and something to eat both happen without leaving the building. Some nights bring live music, a singer or a DJ, out on the patio.

Three hundred metres to the beach

The sand is a three-hundred-metre walk from the door, close enough to go before breakfast and come back for it after — back to the pool and a lit patio once the sun's down.

Padel and e-bike tours

For the 2026 season the hotel has added padel, guided island hikes, e-bike tours and kayak or paddleboard trips along the coast, plus yoga in the garden for whoever wants the morning quieter than the pool. Ask at the desk which ones are running that week.
