The outdoor pool is the heart of the house, ringed by a cobbled sun terrace, Adirondack loungers and a thatched cabana. A little stone bar rises straight out of the water, its stools half-submerged, so a cold drink never means leaving the shallows. Palms, cacti and olive trees screen the deck, and by late afternoon the whole terrace tips into shade for the slow hours.
Each room carries its own character inside the same palette of stone, wood and iron. Carved dark bedframes and tufted headboards sit against textured plaster walls hung with vintage prints; copper pendants and glass lamps warm the evenings. The Deluxe rooms add the flourishes couples come for, a relaxing jacuzzi or a basalt bathtub carved from a single block, and windows that pull the Aegean light deep inside.
