In Nechory, a hamlet built entirely of wine cellars above Prušánky, in the southernmost tip of Moravia's Podluží, one lane ends at a rustic former press house with a single apartment behind its door. Tosca is adults-only, its two bedrooms sharing one shower room and a spare ground-floor toilet, plus a garden with its own hot tub. For two people who want a week among vineyards, with nobody else in the building.
The building is rustic outside, plainer inside than its history: the old lisovna, once used for pressing wine, is now a kitchen fully stocked for whoever is staying, doing the work a restaurant would do elsewhere. Beds are single, moved together or apart as you like, across two bedrooms behind one shower room and a second ground-floor toilet. Outside, the garden holds a hot tub, a set of designer outdoor furniture and a hammock. Only one apartment lets at a time, which is why the site calls it a place of maximum privacy — nobody else is booked in above, below or beside you. The cellar itself pours wine from growers the hosts chose themselves.
Tosca – vinný sklep sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, written at booking.com, and read there on 11 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.
Upstairs the house is bright and unfussy — pale beams, a wall of soft brick, and a bed dressed in white beneath a run of pitched skylights that pour daylight over reclaimed-wood floors. The attic room sleeps four and the first-floor room two, both carrying the same quiet palette of whitewashed cabinets, grey linen and the odd folk touch. You rent the entire building, so the rooms, the kitchen and the cellar below belong to your party and to no one else.
The heart of the house is underground: a brick barrel vault, warm-lit and hung with old wooden casks, where the Tosca name glows on the far wall. Here you sit down to a guided tasting of carefully chosen Moravian wines alongside a few labels from further afield, poured into engraved Tosca glasses. The vault opens through a heavy iron-banded door into a feasting room with a long table, so an evening can move from barrel to table without stepping outside.

The house lists these as things to do from here. Where a line is marked off-site it is not on the property — a dive site, a trail, a stable. That mark is ours, not theirs.
Tosca is built as a vinný sklep, a wine cellar, and the hosts have chosen the growers whose bottles you drink here. Ask what is open before you carry a glass out to the garden.
With one apartment renting at a time, the hot tub, the hammock and the garden furniture are not shared with anyone else booked in that week.
Nechory is a settlement built only of wine cellars, gathered around a small square with its own lanes — step outside Tosca's door and you are already in it, with Prušánky beyond.
Bikes and bike tours are arranged through the house, and the flat lanes of Podluží's vineyards run out from Nechory in every direction. Go slow; there is no reason not to.
