Inside, the standard rooms run to 36 square metres of plain, uncluttered lines: a king bed two metres by two, foam pillows, a desk if you've brought work with you, a bathtub as well as a shower. The window is set for the garden and the pool at once, so the first light you get in the morning comes with a line of green in front of it. Ask for one of the two-queen rooms at 40 square metres and a lounge chair is added to the mix. Twenty rooms only, which is why the pool at the centre of the building's two wings rarely holds more than a handful of people at a time.
