H Ti Kaye Resort & Spa Rooms & prices

Above Anse Cochon Cove on Saint Lucia's west coast, a hillside runs down through fifteen acres of green to a stretch of dark, silver-fine sand; seven cottages sit built into that slope, each with its own veranda and hammock, and that is Ti Kaye. It is adults-only, and the beach below is shared with almost no one else. For anyone who wants a week with nothing scheduled but the tide.

Each cottage opens through full glass onto its own veranda: a double hammock, rocking chairs, an outdoor garden shower under the open air. Doors and windows shut out the heat when you want quiet, or open onto the trade wind when you don't. There is no numbered room block — seven cottages, cut into the hillside above Anse Cochon Cove, which means the beach below rarely holds more than a handful of people at once. The sand there is a dark, fine volcanic silver, and the water stays calm enough for the resort's kayaks and paddleboards to go out most mornings. Below the restaurant terrace, the wine cellar goes underground: five hundred bottles, poured by the wine waiters at the Wine Kave.

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 24 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

Our tips

The Wine Kave

Below the restaurant, steps lead down to an underground cellar holding more than five hundred bottles, a collection Wine Spectator has given its Best of Excellence Award for ten years running. The resort's own wine waiters lead a tour of the bottles by the glass before dinner.

Dinner at Ti Manje

The grill at Ti Manje sits right on the volcanic sand of the beach — food to eat barefoot, salt still drying on your feet. Kai Manje, the resort's other restaurant, looks over the same bay, turquoise through the day and colored by the sunset each evening.

Snorkeling off Anse Cochon

The cove below the cottages has calm, clear water and dark volcanic sand; kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear are free to take out from the beach, just steps from your veranda. When you're done, the hammock is exactly where you left it.

A day at the Pitons

The Soufrière Sea & Land Tour, arranged through the resort, runs south along the coast to the Pitons, the sulphur springs and a botanical garden. It's a full day out — you're back in time for a glass poured in the Wine Kave that evening.
