H Azulik - Adults Only Rooms & prices

The jungle runs right up to the Caribbean here, and the villas built into that seam have no electricity and no screens — evenings arrive by candle, mornings by whatever light finds its way through walls that are mostly open to the trees. This is AZULIK: raw wood, stone and vines grown together into ten rooms that open straight onto the horizon. Adults only, for two people who want a week measured out in daylight instead of a schedule.

Inside, the material is the architecture: raw wood, stone, and vines left to climb where they like, so the line between built and grown keeps blurring. The villas hold no electricity and no technology — candlelight carries the evenings, dawn does the waking, and the jungle's own sound replaces the hum you'd otherwise not notice you'd left behind. Suspended walkways thread through the forest to link ten rooms, spread far enough apart that a corridor reads as a footpath rather than a hallway. Villas open straight onto the Caribbean horizon, so daylight arrives across water before it reaches the room. Above the treeline, SFER IK holds contemporary art inside that same organic architecture — a museum built from the same stone and wood as the rooms beside it.

Azulik - Adults Only sets a minimum age of 18 in its own house rules, read on 24 August 2026. A house whose rule drops below eighteen, or stops naming an age, is taken off HUSH — how every house is checked.

Our tips

Dinner at Kin Toh

Kin Toh is built like a nest, raised into the jungle canopy, with the sounds of the forest and the Caribbean underneath it instead of a soundtrack. The kitchen carries the house's Michelin recognition — go for dinner rather than lunch, so the dark does its work on the structure.

Sunset at Mirador del Maestro

Mirador del Maestro is built as a tribute to the sun going down — the house calls it a ceremony of light and sound. Time a mezcal from Mantli to land in your hand right as it starts.

The Maya Spa

Treatments here draw on ancestral healing traditions rather than a standard spa menu. Worth booking for the first afternoon, since the villas themselves hold no technology to fill one otherwise.

SFER IK, the museum next door

SFER IK sits inside the same organic architecture as the villas — a biophilic museum for contemporary art, recognized with the Architizer A+ Award among others. It's on the same grounds, so it's a walk over rather than a separate outing.
